The construction of the 4-star Hotel S. Spirito in Bergamo is part of a transformation project of the former buildings.
3 stele hotel S. Spirito and State Archives. It is a total redevelopment from one point of view
structural, seismic, architectural and plant engineering carried out by one of the most influential religious
foundations of city of Bergamo.
The renovations, which are expected to begin towards the end of 2020, foresee the opening of the structure at
public by January 1, 2023.
The project
Within the transformation project of the
existing properties, the HB Hotels Group will take over
the investment related to the hotel company,
providing the furnishings and equipment, in addition to their own
know-how to support the design phase e
construction management of the hotel.
The Hotel S. Spirito in Bergamo will be one of the structures
the most important accommodations in the city, thanks to its 81
rooms, to the 70 sqm imperial suite, the important bar
and restaurant inside, the congress center for 150
people, the indoor pool with SPA area and the
reserved parking inside the ancient cloister.
