The construction of the 4-star Hotel S. Spirito in Bergamo is part of a transformation project of the former buildings.
3 stele hotel S. Spirito and State Archives. It is a total redevelopment from one point of view
structural, seismic, architectural and plant engineering carried out by one of the most influential religious

foundations of city of Bergamo.
The renovations, which are expected to begin towards the end of 2020, foresee the opening of the structure at
public by January 1, 2023.
